May’s Musings

Derek

There are alarming reports of items going missing from plots this week and it essential that everyone keeps an eye out for anyone walking onto the site they think may be up to no good.

If it is not the case that opertune thieves have trespassed onto the site then the alternative is that we have thieves amongst us.

For the time being I am hopeful that the former is the case and it may be necessary to keep the gates locked at all times.

We are not helping ourselves either when, as happened this week, the storage container was left wide open after use.

There are several thousands pound worth of equipment stored in there and if you are unable to lock up after you then we will have to withdraw general access to members.

We will be conducting plot inpection in the coming months so please make every effort to keep things up to scratch in order to avoid my wrath.

Finally, some of you have still to sign up to the Personal Liability Insurance scheme outlined in the previous issue. It’s free and it makes no sense not to join.

All the best.
