Lottery bid update

Sad to report that our bid to the National Lottery to secure funding for a bore hole has been unsuccessful.

The reason given was that our application did not sufficiently involve the wider community.

Whilst disappointing it’s not the end of the process and we will re-apply in due course, taking into account the comments made.

In the meantime we will complete the ongoing water capture projects to ensure that we have a reasonable supply next year.
