Feeling drained

Looks like we’ve finally done it lads

The installation of the drainage channels was finally completed by the hardy working party on October 28th.

It has been a lengthy process but we can now look forward with some optimism to an improvement in the waterlogging problems that have dogged some plots since we opened.

A huge thank you goes to those who have given up their weekends to make this happen, many of whom do not actually have drainage problems on their plots but worked for the benefit of those who do.

If you do have a problem plot and didn’t join any of the working parties, just be grateful to those who did.
