I’m delighted to report that having scraped together the funding we are now in a position to to begin the borehole project.

Following an initial site survey by the contractors and subject to a favourable report, work will then commence on the drilling operation and subsequent distribution around the site.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed their hard-earned cash towards bringing this about and if you haven’t there’s still time.

I hope to see as many of you as possible at the forthcoming working weekend when we hope to address a number of issues.

It won’t be as physically demanding as the drain laying or hedge trimming exercises previously undertaken and there is a free barbecue to look forward to afterwards.
