Correct way round

Whether entering or leaving, when you close the gate please ensure that the lock is face up as shown with the name Master showing.

There have been a few instances lately where the lock has been closed with the back showing and, as anyone who has tried to unlock it from this position will know, it is extremely difficult to achieve as the numbers are totally different when viewed from the reverse.

As a precaution we advise that you enter the combination correctly and then take a picture of the reverse of the lock and keep it on your phone.

Then if you should find the lock has been closed incorrectly you will know what the reverse combination is.
