Mind the gap

At not inconsiderable expense, the Society has just purchased a reconditioned ride-on mower.

This powerful, four wheel drive mower is already making short work of the main pathways round the site but what it won’t do is get down the paths where plot boundaries have encroached outside of their permitted areas.

This is a problem that has persisted for some time and despite frequent badgering, serial offenders have continued to ignore the warnings that eviction could follow.

Well this will no longer be tolerated and any plots judged to be infringing the rules will be flagged up with signage and boundary markers informing owners that action needs to be taken – and quickly.

If your plot is one of those deemed to be breaking the rules you will be required to correct the situation within one month of notification or face certain eviction.

No excuses this time – do it or lose it.
