Secretary’s Report for AGM 2020
Since our last AGM there have been 6 Committee meetings.
At our October meeting the roles of the Committee were agreed.
Two meetings were held at Alwoodley Community Centre but following the Covid-19 restrictions we began to hold meetings via Zoom. These have been well attended and fruitful. Most discussions this year have been around the borehole and water distribution around the site. We have been unable to have any working groups again due to Covid rules and several projects have had to be put on hold..
A Social Event had been planned for the end of the year but this had to be cancelled due to poor ticket sales. We had hoped to try again in the Spring of 2020 but unfortunately this has not been possible.
