We are considering joining one of the discount schemes offered to allotment societies by the various seedsmen.
They are all basically similar in that they offer discounts for bulk orders.
The way it works is that we distribute catalogues and order forms to our members who then make their choices and return the completed forms and payment to us.
We then collate the orders and forward a single order to the supplier who then deducts the relevant discount and fulfills the order in due course.
You get a discount and Alwoodley Allotment Society also benefits so it’s win win.
