Now in its 28th year, the Abbey Runners’ Hollybank Eccup 10 is back on Sunday 27th June.
This will affect vehicle access to the allotments on Eccup Moor Road and the whole of Eccup Moor Road will be closed between 9.00am and 12.30pm (approx.) and Abbey Runners would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Advance warning signage is already in place at the entry points into the road closure area, and they intend to put a sign on the allotment gates this weekend explaining the situation.
“Now in its 28th year, the Hollybank Eccup 10 is back with its charitable partner, Hollybank Trust. The course takes in rural closed roads and a scenic route around Eccup reservoir making this Leeds most popular 10 mile road race and a sell-out for the last 3 years!
Abbey Runners will be making a donation to both Hollybank Trust and its charity of the year (Simon on the Streets) from the race proceeds.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Abbey Runners via email, or mobile on 07753 614624.
